LOS MUERTOS/THE DEAD

Halloween,  La Fiesta de los Muertos, el Día de Todos los Santos... todas ellas nos recuerdan que los muertos están ahí. En cada lugar se celebran de una manera, dependiendo de la visión cultural que se tenga del último día de nuestras vidas. Las hay más tristes, más alegres, más o menos consumistas. Pero en todas ellas hay un factor común: los muertos se hacen notar ese día. Después, ya no pertenecen a nuestra vida cotidiana. Pero, ¿y si eso no fuera así....?

Halloween, Day of the Dead, Day of All Saints.... all of them remind us that the dead are with us. Each culture celebrates this day on its own way: sad celebrations, festive celebration, more or less consumerist. But all have a common factor: the dead are noticeabl on this day.  After that, they no longer belong to our daily existence. But what if this is not completely true...?

Charlie Asher lleva una satisfactoria vida como propietario de una tienda de segunda mano en San Francisco. When his wife, Rachel, dies giving birth to their first daughter, Sophie, Charlies gets a new job: he must recover and protect the souls of the dead. A difficult task that obliges him to fight against the power of the Underworld. Really funny!, in spite of it all.
